About Me
Saloni’s love for all things sweet began at an early age of 9 years where she and her father would experiment chocolate making at home.
After graduating with an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality (Pâtisserie) from Le Cordon Bleu, Saloni has worked in 5 star hotels, Dessert Bars, cake boutiques, hatted restaurants, and has experience in French Venissorie too.
Her keen interest lies in intricate desserts, Petite gateaux, entremets, chocolate Bonbons, and chocolate work. Saloni is extremely passionate about her work and always eager to share her knowledge.
